Dominica Chada is an Operations Manager at Epsilon Economics and assists in managing the operations of the Firm including human capital, marketing, benefits, business development, IT, and vendor relationships.
Ms. Chada is responsible for day-to-day operations at the Firm including recruiting, coordinating performance management, and administering Firm benefits. She serves as a Firm ambassador at top tier universities through information sessions, internship programs, and career fairs. Ms. Chada is also involved in conducting Firm business development research in the United States, Europe, and Asia in areas ranging from competition, economics, intellectual property, transfer pricing, finance and valuation, and industries including life sciences and high technology.
Prior to Epsilon Economics, Ms. Chada worked as a Defined Contributions Client Specialist where she administered defined contribution benefits for Fortune 500 companies. She is also a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (“SHRM-CP”). Ms. Chada attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she received a B.A.S in Psychology with a minor in Statistics.
