Kim Grove is the Chief Financial Officer at Epsilon Economics, an economics consulting firm specializing in life sciences and high technology. Previously, she was a finance executive at Navigant Consulting, a global management consulting firm.
At Epsilon Economics, Ms. Grove oversees the entire order to cash process, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, tax and regulatory compliance, internal controls, accounts payable and receivable, and compensation, in addition to managing a finance team.
Ms. Grove graduated magna cum laude from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has an MBA from Northwestern University. She serves on the President's Council for Almost Home Kids, is a Patroness of the National Charity League (NCL), the Vice President of Philanthropy for Almost Home Kids serving as a liaison for the NCL, and is a member of the Local Advisory Board for Rebecca K. Crown Youth Center.
